Ali Mushtaq, Chief Statistician

Founder and owner of datafugue, Ali has 15 years of extensive scientific programming and data analysis experience, with a strong computer science and research background. Much of his work has focused on survey research methods and data analysis for primarily government clients, including Census and BLS, in both research and production environments.
His areas of research include data fabrication, monitoring and evaluation, record linkage, and survey analysis techniques. He has produced software applications for BLS, Census, MCC, and various private sector clients, and is continually and consistently in demand by clients for the analysis of efficiency, performance, and alternative approaches of complex software.
Ali has also taught Statistical Programming, Survey Design, and Survey Management for the Survey Design and Data Analysis Certificate Program at George Washington University.
